Our daughter is a Certified Nursing Assistant. She visits the elderly in their homes and makes sure they are eating, their homes are clean, they are bathing and taking their medicines and have a little friendly visit. Each client is different, each needs different care and help some more and others less allowing for dignity and independence.

Mandatory Pension Scheme For Businesses in 2012

Just recently the UK Government has announced and begun to implement reforms which mean that in 2012 every business will be legally required to have a pension scheme available for its employees. This includes all businesses which do not currently have a scheme in place. Employers will be expected to contribute towards the employees’ pension, which may well mean higher costs for some businesses and less pay for employees.
